For the sake of clarity, in the following text we will refer to the customer as “you”, HOEFLA as “we” and www.hoefla.com as the “website”.

These terms and conditions are written as a security for you as a customer and before you make a purchase we therefore ask you to read them carefully. Purchases made on the website link to these terms and conditions.
HOEFLA is not held responsible for external circumstances. We refer to the law “Distance contracts and contracts outside business premises” (2005:59).
Prices
All prices on the website are shown in EUR.
Any import duties and taxes may apply, these are charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. It should be noted that HOEFLA has no control over these fees. HOEFLA cannot therefore predict the amount of these costs.
Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We do not have a minimum order value or requirement for the number of products when ordering. This means that you as a consumer can choose freely from our range. We reserve the right to change and correct prices, adjust the stock and correct obvious typographical errors that may occur on the website. We believe and hope that this is something that you as a consumer understand.
Payment
Selectable payment methods are displayed in the checkout.
Are you under 18 years of age? Then an adult's approval is required before the order can be completed.
For special orders or agreements on direct invoicing from HOEFLA where payment is not received before the due date, late payment interest with a reference interest rate +9.00%, and a reminder fee will be charged.
Delivery and shipping
Shipping fees
We use DHL, Earlybird, Citymail, Budbee and Instabox as shipping partners. We currently offer free shipping.
For notifications related to your order, we use the mobile number and email address provided at the time of purchase. HOEFLA cannot be held responsible if incorrect information is provided in connection with the purchase. Please review the contact information carefully to ensure that notifications can be received correctly.
HOEFLA is not responsible for any delays in your delivery.
Delivery time
We usually process all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Delivery time varies between 5-10 working days with reservation for any delays during campaigns and holidays.
We reserve the right for any final sales of products. In the event of final sales, we will contact you at the email address or telephone number provided to find a solution that feels best for you. As we use some Limited Edition products, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the "first come, first served" principle applies. Limited Edition means that the product will not be replenished in our range again, but is manufactured in a limited edition. In the event of final sales, the product will be cancelled from your order and a refund will be made.

Exchanges and returns
Return policy
When purchasing on our website, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us at HOEFLA within 30 days of you or your representative receiving the ordered goods (the withdrawal period). However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personally designed products with a clear personal touch.
To exercise your right of withdrawal on your purchase, you need to contact us within 30 days of receiving the package.
Before returning, the customer needs to contact info@hoefla.com via email to receive instructions. We are not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address.
When applying the right of withdrawal from your purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the returned products. Any shipping costs always remain and are not refundable.
Returned products must be returned in an unaltered and unused condition. This means that labels, any Velcro fasteners, labels and protective plastic are found on the product in the same condition as upon delivery. The return must be sent back well packaged and in the same way as they were delivered in order to be approved.
If the product is a hygiene item, by law the product packaging must be completely unopened for the return to be valid, there must be no signs that it has been opened in any way.
If you have purchased a hygiene item from HOEFLA.com and received an extra hygiene item as part of the purchase, both of these product packaging must be unopened for the return to be valid.
In the event of damaged returns, as mentioned above - lost labels, damaged Velcro, dirt, hair or removed protective plastic, HOEFLA has the right to charge a reduction in value in accordance with how damaged the item has been. Up to 100% of the value of the item if it is not considered to be in saleable condition. Money will be refunded for the item minus the value deduction according to law.
The refund will be made, to the same payment method that the purchase was made with, when we have received and checked the condition of the goods. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product. The shipping cost remains and is therefore never refunded.
When returning, the customer needs to contact info@hoefla.com for instructions before sending the return.

Exchanges
We do not handle direct exchanges in our warehouse. If you wish to exchange, make a purchase back on the product/products according to the right of withdrawal and then place a completely new order on the website. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the product/products.
You are more than welcome to contact our customer service at info@hoefla.com if you have any questions or concerns. They will be happy to help you solve any problems that arise and ensure that you receive free shipping on the new order.
365-day quality guarantee
Our 365-day guarantee means that we guarantee that your product is of high quality and will last at least 365 days with daily use. If your product breaks during normal, natural and regular use, please contact info@hoefla.com via email to receive a replacement product free of charge. The customer is entitled to 1 replacement in total per order, which may not be abused.
Complaints
You as a customer have the right to complain about a product within three years. The defect should be reported as soon as possible after being discovered. Complaining about a product within two months is considered to be within a reasonable time frame. You must be able to prove that the product was purchased from HOEFLA and, in such a case, please contact our customer service. In the event of an approved complaint, HOEFLA is responsible for all costs including shipping.
HOEFLA reserves the right to refuse a complaint if we believe that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of a complaint, HOEFLA follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board (ARN). More information can be found at www.konsumentverket.se.
If a dispute arises between you as a consumer and HOEFLA and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU’s online dispute resolution service (ODR). More information can be found at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Uncollected packages
We charge a fee for any packages that are not collected from the delivery point and are returned to us. We charge the customer 25 EUR to cover the costs of shipping, packing and administration.
It is the consumer’s responsibility to pay taxes and customs duties. An order cannot be cancelled or “returned to sender” unless these fees have been approved.
Delay or refusal to pay these fees will result in your order being destroyed/returned to sender and you will not be refunded. By placing an order with HOEFLA, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Purchase via a retailer
If you have purchased your HOEFLA product via a retailer, you need to contact the retailer/store for questions regarding exchanges or complaints.
Used products
If you have purchased your HOEFLA product from a private individual, we unfortunately cannot help you with any exchanges/complaints.
Other information
HOEFLA does not accept responsibility for any accidents that occur when using our products.
Please note that product images on the website may contain additional equipment. The product text always describes the product in question. Please note that the product color on the website may differ from the actual color.
Promotions
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be entered after an order has been placed. Promotions only apply to new orders placed during the promotional period.
Force Majeure
HOEFLA is not liable for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect external circumstances including war, strike, accidents, natural disasters, labor disputes, changed government regulations, failure to deliver by suppliers or comparable situations beyond control that could not have been foreseen and that affect already signed contracts and agreements.
